Returns & Refund Policy

At LUNA SPRINGER, we want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns for Physical Items
You can return most physical products (e.g. T-shirts, wall art) within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund, as long as the following conditions are met:
The item is in original, unused condition
Tags and packaging are still attached (if applicable)
The item has not been washed, worn, or altered
Extended Returns (for delayed dispatches)
If your item was not dispatched within 14 days of your order, you’ll receive an extra 14 days to return it.
Example: If your item is shipped on day 16, your return window becomes 44 days from the purchase date.
Free UK Mainland Returns
If you live in mainland UK, return shipping is free. We’ll provide a pre-paid return label upon request.
International Returns
If you're located outside mainland UK, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected
Funds will be returned via your original payment method (e.g. PayPal, Visa, Klarna)
Please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement
Digital Items (Downloads)
Refunds are not available for digital products unless:
The file was not received
The file is corrupted or does not function as intended
We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items returned after the applicable return window
Digital items unless faulty (as outlined above)
